The Master of Science in Engineering Management degree has been developed in conjunction with corporate partners to address the development of up and coming leaders within an organization.  Re-engineered to address complex management and leadership issues in the technical environment, the MSEM program places emphasis on a curriculum focused on providing engineering and technical professionals with the unique skill set needed to lead in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  The MSEM is an applied program that utilizes a a blended learning, cohort based model to create a true learning community.  This model leverages the combined experience of the group creating an environment where participants learn through collaboration and sustained discourse allowing participants to apply what they have learned in real time.

This program is offered in Beacon,  NY and in New York City, NY.


Coursework is focused on project management, quality management, financial management and sustainability—specifically as it pertains to technology and engineering-driven organizations.

Admission Requirements

First, we need to know more about you. Your experience is important. Tell us about it.

  • Fill out an application
  • Provide a copy of your Bachelor’s degree.
    You’ll need a degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or similar technical field. International degrees must be deemed equivalent to a U.S. bachelor degree.
  • Get us a copy of your transcripts.
    We need transcripts from all universities or colleges and other post-secondary educational institutions (including trade schools) attended. All transcripts must be submitted regardless of how many credits were earned.)
  • Include three letters of reference from supervisors or colleagues and your current resume or CV.
  • Submit your official GRE score or don’t. 
    The GRE requirement may be waived for any applicant that has considerable, relevant work experience or has previously completed a Master’s or Doctorate.
